i have given written request for sulabh facility (incoming only) facility wef 18.09.2009 and again reqested for normalisation of my phone on 16.04.2010. but in billing BSNL is charging at a rate higher then the sulabh rate even after several requestes for correction of bill amount. In last bill they have added rupees 1800 for annual one india facility which we have never requested for. As well as the teliphone is not audible since long back ( since last two years) but even after several requests no improvement was observed. Since last five days teliphone is dead and linemen was informed but he says due to breakage of main cable during digging work by PWD it cant be repaired and will not be repaired for long. But BSNL is silent on these issues which shows poor services and inappropriate billing.
