Nokia 5800 Brought from Poovath International, MG Road, Ernakulam, was having Network related fault from the Day 1.

Getting back to the dealer with the complaint, dealer informed me to get a new SIM, and I got it and the problem still exist.

Informing Poovath International, the Manager “Mr. Mathew”, refused to provide proper Customer care, instead he washed his hand in a very indecent way. He don’t know how to treat customers.

Now the new mobile which is just 1 month old is being sent to Nokia, Delhi center for further investigations, and a fresh faulty mobile which Nokia has packed, has to be serviced and used, a lot of complaints are coming for Nokia and no proper care is done for Customers.
