With reference to my problem of portability from Vodafone prepaid(7696100891) to Airtel Postpaid, since last 2 month back i request u call back for my plan from your website, and then i got the call and discuss ab the plan with your executive. then he told me that our local Representative will contact with you on the next day i got call from the person, he come to collect my document and security 250/- and handover a Sim of My Postpaid Plan and told me that it takes 4-5 days.

Then after 10 days i call the same person that its not port, then he told that there is some issue , so u have to submit the document again after 5-6 day i went to the Competent office Sector – 34 and met with Mr. Hitesh- 9876049238 and submit the document again. So after this i m continuously waiting for the portability and trying the mobile no. of concern person

but till date they are not picking my phone, even i message and call to the customer care of Airtel for the same, they are also told me to contact with the person from which u are dealing, so after all there is no reply from their side.
so due to this i m suffering from a lot of problem. So please resolve my issue ASAP.
