Dear Sir,

I have prepaid connection of reliance mobile

On 10 th April 2009 company hase activate voice chat facility without my request & deduct Rs.30 monthly charges.i have try to contact company person on theier customer care service no.*333 but phone showing engange in another call i have tried two to three hours continue but phone is showing engaged.

Now i want deactivate this facility & refund my rs.30 in my mobile account.

and also want to registered in do not wanted call.
