Dear Sir,

This is to inform you that my name is Vikas Sarin, R/o :- Flat No: 396, Sector:19, Pocket:03, Dwarka, New Delhi:-110075. I had applied for a post paid connection of Airtel On 08/09/09 ( Tuesday ) at 10:00 AM and the Airtel No given to me was :- 9560187888. Your Airtel Executive named Mr. Santosh bearing Mobile No:- 9910803289 had promised me that the outgoing on my no:-9560187888 will be activated on the evening of 08/09/09 itself by 06: 00 PM, But the most pathetic thing about such a reputed company like Airtel is that after 06:00 PM your executive named Mr. Santosh ( Mob No: 9910803289 ) stoped picking up my phone calls. He don’t have the courtsey to pick my phone calls instead of trying his No approx. 20 times. The more pathetic thing is that the next day after trying your executive’s ( Mr. Santosh’s No:- 9910803289) approx 60 Times , he picked up my phone call and very rudely conveyed and promised to me that as the varification is being done on 09/09/09 at 03:00 PM, my No:9560187888 will be activated by 06:00 PM of 09/09/09 itself by 06:00 PM definately and positevely. But when even after 06:00 PM my no was not activated and I tried his No:9910803289 , the most non proffessional and pathetic thing was that he again stopped picking up my phone calls.

I want to inform you that I am already holding a landline connection of Airtel ( Phone No:-011/45528582) and a broad band connection of Airtel at my residence ( Flat No:396, Sector:19, Pocket:03, Dwarka, New Delhi) and I am also holding a corporate connection of Airtel bearing Mob No:- 9717393685) of Kamdhenu Ispat Limited. My Company Kamdhenu Ispat LImited is totally having the corporate connections of Airtel. If this is the kind of service the reputed company like Airtel is offering to it’s custmers, then I am sorry to say that I will be stopping my connections ( Phone:- 011/45528582 and the broad band connection at my residence :- Flat No:396, Sector:19:, POcket:03, Dwarka and will also give this thing in written to my Company( Kamdhenu Ispat Limited) to stop all the corporate connections with immediate effect.

I request the concerned authorities to look into the matter and my connection bearing Mob No:- 9560187888 should be activated latest by 10/09/09 by 11:00 AM as promised again by your executive named Mr.Santosh( Mob No: 9910803289) or my amount should be refunded to me along with the penalty for the harresment faced by me. I request the concerned authorities to kinly look into the totally pathetic and unproffessional behaviour of your staff named ( Mr.Santosh, ( Mob No:- 9910803289) and also either to activate my connection or the refund my amount along with the penalty. Please don’t force me to knock the doors of the consumer court for the same matter.
