Postyouresume.com – Misleading product offerings – High Fees

Sir, I received a call from Mr. Satyam from telephone no. +911204579xxx at 12:39 pm on 28.08.2014 to my mobile no. 9830611xxx supposed to be TIMESJOBS.com on and they have got a job from ICICI bank in kolkata with a lucrative pay package. And for this job I need to pay Rs. 1600 as “SERVICE CHARGES”. I agreed for 1600 rupees and asked my wife to make the payment online. Within a moment after my call was over, my wife got a call from theit side from ph no. +911204579xxx and asked her to go online. Their staff asked me to create a login on www.postyouresume.com. They said they are calling from www.timesjobs.com but then asked her to logon to a different website. She still paid Rs 1798 (1600 + taxes) as their staff said there is no other option to get this job even if she don’t trust. Around 3:30pm on the same day she got a call again from the same no. and said that, ”mam you’ll need to MAKE THE PAYMENT AGAIN as that transaction was unsuccessful”. SHE WAS SHOCKED AS I ALREADY GOT THE MESSAGE ON MY MOBILE THAT MY ACCOUNT HAS BEEN DEBITED. After that he forwarded the call to Mr. Aman Verma. Mr. Aman asked her to go through a series of packages among which there was a package she had paid just a few hours ago. On asking about it, he turned the question to an emotional side and said, madam the bank has already selected your CV and you will get a call in the next 2-3 days. I again paid Rs. 5617 (incl. taxes). After paying she asked him if the company would call us in 2-3 days? He said he can’t guarantee. Mr. Aman Verma then asked her again to pay for a package of Rs. 9549 saying this will confirm the job. In the noon when his co-staff called her to pay Rs. 1798, he said this money will confirm the job.If 1798 was the service charge for the job, then why did they take 5617 and 9549 if the job was already confirmed. On one hand, they were continuously saying that the job is confirmed and on the other hand they said they can’t guarantee. She finally said she don’t want their services for such a high cost. But each time they pestered. They asked a payment of around Rs.10,000. Only after paying Rs. 16964. When She said she wont pay another 10000, arguments started from both side. Mr. Aman Verma then asked her to forward the CV. She THEN BECAME SURE THAT she is TRAPPED. Initially they said they have the CV but now after few hours they were asking for it. Few hours back they said the company has already short listed my CV and now they said they don’t even have the CV. Finally she asked them to RETURN HER MONEY as SHE DO NOT WANT ANY OF THEIR SERVICES. Next day, on 29th August 2014, Mr. Aman Verma again called her in the morning and asked her for the CV. She maintained her stand that She wanted her money and not their services. On 31st August 2014, She received a call from ph no. +911564221xxx saying he was from a different department from www.postyouresume.com and asked her ‘impolitely’ as to what
