Dear Consumer Forum Team, I booked my flat with Shubhkamna Advert, for their Project Shubhkamna Lords in Noida Sec 79. I booked that flat in 15 June 2012 and every time builder keep telling that work will start in next month. Builder had taken 8,31,110 Rs as booking and for unit allotment. Now when I am done with waiting this builder and I want my money back, they are not giving any intrest on my money which they hold it for a year. On time of booking I was told project will be starting very soon but it did not happen for more than a year. Shubhkamna has blocked my money for more than a year and now when market rate is become very high in compare to last year, i need to back out from project as i could not wait. Now I would not get any flat in same rate in which i booked a year back. So this dealy will cause me over all extra monitory burden if i book flat some where else. Builder has kept my money for a year and also their property rate has been incresed but they dont want to pay any intrest on my amount.

I am looking for some decent intrest on my money which i risked with builder. If i would have been kept my money with any bank then also i would have been getting good intrest but even after investing in real state where when I booked my flat on 3750/feet rate and today they are selling flat on 4500/feet builder is not wiling to pay any intrest on my money which they kept with them for a year.
