The Shop owner and his wife sells all the pre-packed icecream of various brands at a price at more than the MRP. In some cases, they charge Rs.10-20 more and in addition to this also charge Rs.2 as cooling charge for the ice cream.

On numerous occasions I have purchased the ice cream from there. Economic loss would be around Rs. 100 or so. But, my loss is not the issue here, the shop owner and his wife are cheating the consumers and unlawfully making profit. This has been going on for many years now. I have finally decided to lodge this complaint against him.

I want him to sell the pre-packed ice cream at the MRP (not a single paisa above it) as the MRP takes into account everything, including cooling (electricity) expenses. Also, no bill is ever given as he knows that he is illegally charging more for the pre-packed ice cream. P.S for website developer: Don’t make it compulsory to select a brand, as there are innumerable brands in the market. Please keep an option to type the brand/dealer name there.
