Recharge not done but payment deducted from bank account. I have tried for online recharge for rs 200,the amount have been deducted from my account but i did not receive the recharge as transaction . Mob.no:7738787309 transaction ref no: igr2437221 bank: SBI

Online Recharge Problems
I recharge Rs 97.00 in online mode on 22/2/14 through credit card but it didn’t recharge. The confirmation message shows that it successfully recharged till now i didn’t get balance in my mobile account.

I executed atop up of Rs1100 vide trn no 8889693941 on 05.02.2014 at 4.34pm. Credit balance was shown to be Rs 1210. After 10 minutes the balance came down to zero. Please help.
