I have taken a life insurance policy in BajajAllianz Life Insurance company in my wife’s name Mrs. Pushpa
(policy no-47354337, policy holder Mrs. N. Pushpa). I have been paying premiums regularly through online payment mode. However I was not issued hard copy of premium receipt for the amounts paid and it is required for claiming tax concession for income tax purpose. The last payment was made during April 2010 and from May 2010 i have been corresponding with the company to get the receipt for the premium paid. – copy of email enclosed as attachment
Even after many remainders I am yet to receive the receipt for the premium amount paid during April 2010
