Hi, My mobile number is 9845510305. Right now it is not working and I am unable to connect to Airtel Network. SIM not provisioned message is showing on my Blackberry Handset. I was out of Country for a few months and tried to connect on 10 Sep 13 onwards on my return. I called 9845098450 a few times but they were of no help. Once they said ALL ARE FINE WITH MY NUMBER AND I SHOULD TRY TO CONNECT WITH ANOTHER HANDSET. This too I tried but it did not work. I talked to your Customer Relation Centre at Kammanahalli [opposite Empire Hotel]. This is the same place where I had deposited my documents etc. for approval a few years back as required. Here they show in their record some other Person’s name against this number. However when this number is called it tells it is unreachable. I called your Nodal Officer’s number 9972534865 a Couple of times but what you have [Meenakshi Bora – name given in the Web] provided here IS SO RIDICULOUS and there is NO WAY I CAN CONTACT your NODAL OFFICER AT ALL. I got SO FED UP and I have a very POOR IMPRESSION OF YOUR SERVICES. A few years back it was not SO BAD and I could talk to the Nodal Officer. I need to take this up with the Higher Ups to seek remedy. The Customer Relationship Centre I mentioned was working like a FISH MARKET where SO MANY HAD PROBLEMS and COMPLAINTS that THIS AND THAT IS NOT WORKING and MONEY PAID NOT GETTING RECORDED etc. The Personnel there could not give correct information/remedy either. They say the SIM is not OK now and the Number can get recycled if not used for 45 days. That is not my understanding of Lifetime Validity and my wife’s mobile is working fine [Airtel only with Lifetime Validity] as soon as we landed on Bangalore Airport. We both having done the same trip and had the same type of Connection with Airtel. My SIM was working fine was years and was in the Handset forever. How can that fail suddenly. And IN ANY CASE HOW CAN MY NUMBER WITH LIFETIME VALIDITY CAN BE NOT IN MY NAME ? There is also NO RECORD OF THE DOCUMENTS I HAD SUBMITTED IN THAT OFFICE. WHY ARE YOU WORKING IN SUCH A HAPHAZARD WAY ? I could not use my Mobile abroad as I did not have Roaming activated, neither I wanted to because of Prohibitive Cost. Therefore I request you to KINDLY SORT THIS OUT AND ACTIVATE MY NUMBER at the earliest as this is registered with my Bankers etc and in many other Personal Matters.
