I purchased a 2Litre pressure cooker make Surya Gold from Bigbazar Bangalore (Banashankari Branch) on Jan 2009.
After 8 months of usage on 12th Aug the cookes’s gasket worn out.
I asked about 20 shops in Bangalore and the Gasket was not available as it is not of standard size.
I went to BIgbazar to complaint this, they did not respond properly.
They told us to contact the manufacturer.
But am unable to reach them.
Please suggest what has to be done.
