I had been to buy half liter milk pouch whose mrp is 17 rs, but took 19 rs returning 1 rupee from the amount 20 rs which I gave him.

But this guy started abusing me with all sort of bad words and tore my tee(Indian Terrain) worth 2500 rupees. The person (Mr. Rajan, one of the two brothers handling the shop)was drunk when he was in the shop. The shop was open till 11:15 pm which I dont think is a permissible legal time.

I want my tee shirt’s compensation by getting an amount of 2500 rs + 2 rupees which he took as an extra amount from mrp. He should also apologise for hitting me and tearing my tee in public.
