The product, Since i hv received 4months back via online purchase on Brands Website is Defective. when received the Ear piece was defective, for same the mobile was taken for servicing for 5 weeks, when returned back to me, new problems started occuring those are: 1. camera was not connecting. 2. Battery was Not charging properly. 3. hanging frequently. 4. back panel heats up Quickly. For above problem I have deposited my mobile on 5th December, still there is no information whatsoever regarding problem and solution from the brand.
1. PURCHASE MONEY TO BE REFUNDED, let them take their mobile with them. 2. The cost of New mobile Should be Bear by the Brand. 3. the economic Trouble for 3out of 4months i.e 10,000/Month. 4. The brand should not sell this defective product.
