Thank you for sharing the snap-shots of the defective product. We offer our sincere apologies for this unpleasant experience. Please be advised that we have forwarded the artifacts to our specialized department who would ensure to investigate it further. Please be re-assured of getting further updates in this matter within 3 business days. We seek your patience and understanding. ” un quote. after this email no one responded to my email.
this was supposed to be given as gift on farewell. now i cant give it to them again. i have to cut sorry figure at the time of farewell.
