Printvenue.com – Product not delivered no reply

Hi I had ordered a printed coffee mug worth 200/- from the website printvenue.com against order 3826-5440-8088 which was promised to be delivered latest by Dec 9 2014. I had yet not received the order even after 10 days of expected delivery date. Moreover I had tried to reach the customer care team over phone but no luck. Also they don’t reply to any of the several mails which I had written in order to en quire about my product. Kindly take necessary actions against such customer harassment and let me know the needful from my end.

I had paid 200/- at the time of ordering the item but no shipment received. Its an economic loss along with mental harassment(contacting customer care time and again without any reply from them). Now its high time to get a compensation at earliest.
