To Honourable Consumer Affairs Minister Shri K V Thomas, Information and Broadcasting Minister Shri Manish Tewari Subject : Prize Distribution Scam at Multivision Films , not delivering Prizes due to their winners ,harassing mentally and also not providing Any details of the prize I won Respected Sir, This is to bring to your kind notice that I won a contest from Multivision Films Facebook page in the first week of december and from then they have cheated me , as everytime when i ask them for my prize , they always say that they have sent me a courier for which they are not providing me any details like tracking number of the courier, name of the courier company , hereby harassing me mentally and emotionally. Now they are giving me this excuse that my address is insufficient , this is a blatant lie as I have always received my all Govt registered and well as private couriers on the same address I have given , it is a clear case where the staff of Multivision films have engaged themselves in cheating and fraudulent act , where they took my prize and must have distribute it among themselves. Multivision films is not ready to give my due prize instead is saying that they have proof that my address is insufficient and when I ask them which courier company did they sent my address to and what was my tracking number, as it is within my Consumer Rights , for these questions they have no answer , they just say we don’t run courier company , we can’t provide you the tracking number and even say that every time courier cost us money , and makes excuses again and again , and just don’t give the prize. Please take a serious look into the matter as I rest my case with you ,and take drastic action against Multivision films who thinks that they can play with peoples emotions , mentally torture a person and not give their winnings and commit these fraud and cheating , an example should be made out of companies like this who make we people of India a fool and sitting duck…
