Hi, I have recieved a confirmation that my post paid Tata photon account is converted to Prepaid and i need to verify my identity by reaching out to tataphoton customer care IVR. But i am unable to reach it, it keeps saying “YOUR CALL IS IMPORTANT AND WE WILL ATTEND YOUR CALL SHORTLY” Today i called number of times and waited for arround 10-15 minutes and still nobody answers. When getting new customers the service is swift but when customer has problem the service is worst. I hope my issue is addressed. Thanks Chaitanya
