hi…this is nidhi…i reside in palwal, harayana.. and my complaint is regarding the only airtel office in my city.. i’m not getting network access from around 15 days. so i called customer care about the problem. they told me that i need to change my sim card. i went to airtel office palwal district(haryana) with all the documents. and then after all formalities he asked me to give him 100 rupees for a sim change..WTF..as we know the price is only 25 rupees..he denied to give duplicate sim at this price. i request you take a look on my matter. so that i continue with my airtel services..thank you!!!
