I have a huge problem with reliance netconnect broadband internet customer care. My reliance netconnect number is 9392935251. I used this for almost 2-3 years and I used to pay the bill regularly till June 2013. I shifted my house and so cancelled the connection by calling customer care but the customer care guy didn’t cancelled the connection but shifted to plan to free rental plan where I need to pay 100/- per month (tax charges). I again called that guy and asked to cancel it but still the connection is not cancelled.
I am facing this issue from last six months and now they are asking me to pay around 600/- for these six months.
This is a severe problem being faced by many users which I came to know after this issue.
Please take any action regarding this issue.
First and foremost thing I am not able to understand is why they can’t cancel my connection? Why are they not disconnecting my connection if I am not using or paying for last 6 months.
Today they called and said that a legal notice will be sent if you are not going to pay the bill. Why should I pay the bill if I am not using it and also called customer care to cancel the connection?
