Respected Sir, I had paid 1460.00 Rupees for purchasing some NCERT school books through Online shopping in the Avenue book centre, Bangalore through their website. They purposely wrote my address in the professional couriers (Track no : BLR1200418788) wrongly and so, the Professional couriers returned the books to them. I got the return receipt evidence from Professional couriers. This is only stamped not signed by anyone. I informed to Professional couriers, They investigated but no reply since then. I have called them by all the provided numbers in their websites. Some of the calls Auto recorded with some Malayalam voice saying please contact after some time. (How is this possible to record Malayalam voice in Karnataka?) It is nearly 2 months after I ordered those books, Not received yet. They are not responding to my Calls. I can see many online complaints like this way.., they have cheated many people. So, I request you to take prompt action against to them for stopping further any cheating. Also, please help me to get my books as soon as possible. Thank you, Aranganathan.

Public service commission exams preparations are delayed. and money loast. I Want to stop this Book centre cheating other people in the same way.
