i sent a gift item on 25 th of december 2013 from agra no ranchi..it didnt get recieved there, as said by ranchi office..i lodged complain on the customer care no..but the are not cooperating..i am fed up of calling them again and again.. consignment details consignment no 357973927 date of sending 25 december 2013 for dr ranjita kumari, dhurwa, ranchi, jharkhand. complaint no- 114969

i want immediate delivery of my consignment and return of the fee charged to me with penalty to the company..as its much delayed..and mental harassment done by them.
