Courier C/No – MAA523490335. It was delivered from Chennai on May 11,2015.It reached Kundalahalli Gate Professional Courier Office on May 12. Till today (19 -May), I have not received my courier.I stay within 2 kms from Professional Courier ,Kundalahalli Gate Office. I talked to them on this last week, and the reponse is: 1)When they came to deliver on 14-May, my door was locked.Hence they went back. 2)Delivery Boy do not have cell phone.So they did not call me . 3)Right now delivey boy is on vacation, so cant deliver . 4)If I can go to their office, can collect it. today I called them atleast 15 times, but nobody is picking the call. As a customer, how should I anticipate the day they are going to deliver? If they don’t inform me or call me, how can I authorize someone to collect it if my door is locked? how many days should I keep my door open thinking that these people may come and deliver? I am not satisfied with this service, and it caused real inconvenience to me.If I had chosen a different courier, it would have reached me by this time. I wasted my time and money trying to contact them. Also, courier is not reached to me till now. I need compensation for the inconvenience they created, and most importantly, I need my courier delivered.
