I had to shift to Chandannagar, my home town from Gurgaon. That’s why I contacted Alfa Packers and Logistics. They assured me of safe packing and moving within 7-8 working days. As planned, heir representative came to my home @ Gurgaon and packed all the Utensils, Various sorts of other kitchen items( including spices, dry foods etc), a lots of cloths, good number of books, a mattress, 2 buckets, one scraper, a few other household items as well on 16th December,2013. Almost one months has passed, till they didn’t deliver the items to my home. While contacted over phone, they always preach me to wait for another 4-5 days. I’m really clueless what to do in this scenario.

I want my items back as soon as possible. If they have already lost them, then I need the compensation from Alfa Packers & Logistics for all the items I can’t bring back. At least they have to pay me around Rs. 29,000 /- to me.
