cI did place an order from delhi to guwahati on 26th April through Professional Express Movers based in Gurgaon. The person incharge is Mr. Sunil bearing phone no. 09718734xxx who promised me to ship 4 puppies from Delhi to Guwahati Railway station for which I paid him Rs. 10,000/- in advance. But day before yesterday he told me that he can’t deliver so he is going to refund me the amount. But till now he hasn’t and when calling he is not picking up my calls. I do have the money reciept that he has provided me while booking the puppies dated on 26th April. So I would please request you to help me in getting my money back.. Thanking you.. I do want my money to be refunded mainly.. And if possible then a compensation too just to make sure that he or the company never gives such kind of trouble to anyone. I will donate that compensation to any group or foundation like yours who helps people like me.
