I booked a Compact Disc (CD) in courier on 22.05.2014 for delivery to Pratapgarh (U.P.) under Consignment No. 335301401 by Flyking Couriers, Kolkata. I told the person who was booking the courier that the packet needs to be essentially delivered at the destination by Saturday 24.05.2014 as the CD data is urgently needed on Monday 26.05.2014. He promised me that it will be surely delivered by Saturday 24.05.2014 and that I can check the courier status on their website also. To my utter shock neither the consignment has been delivered till date i.e. 27.05.2014 (2 pm), but also on their website it is showing ‘no records found’ when I am trying to track my consignment.

Although no compensation can make good the potential business relation/opportunity which was lost, justice shall be done if the Flyking Courier, Kolkata is made to pay me a sum of Rs. 5 lakh only in damage.
