I have selected brand from drop down is Professional couriers but I have complaint against ON DOT COURIER Shipment no. 129460029 has been sent from Pune on 23/08/2014 by On Dot Courier service but not yet received. Yesterday 29/08/2014 I have visited there regional office in Kolkata to enquire about my parcel but they are unable to trace it. Mr. Anil one of their senior official told me to call up at 7.30 pm and he will sort out this thing but I called him at evening he has no solution for this moreover he told that parcel might be misplaced… what kind of service is this.
