Respected Madam/Sir, I had booked a flat in March 2010 in the project Supertech – Eco Village-1 Noida Extension (Tower: B-14, Unit 1401). Since the plan I chose was a Down Payment Plan (DPP), I paid 95%of the total amount within a period of 6-7 months from date of booking + Service Tax with the help of a Home Loan from IDBI Bank. Approximately Rs.13.5 lacs were paid to Supertech by October 2010. On 7th August 2010, I signed an agreement with Supertech which clearly stated that I will be given the possession within 18 months + 6 months grace period due to unforeseen circumstances. This period is over now I have been following up via emails phone calls with Supertech Customer Service team senior management, without any response. The attitude of Customer Service, Mr Guneet Singh others in Sr. management has been nothing short of disappointing. In fact, Ms. Samriddhi Jain has sent me an addendum letter via email few weeks back stating that the possession will now be given by March 2015. When asked about penalty payment, the same has been refused as well and will only be applicable after March 2015, as suggested by your management. I have now filed a complaint with National Consumer Helpline Ref 424540. I will also be going to CREDAI shortly to take up my case further with them. With the new possession date moved to March 2015 by your team now, below are my demands: 1) Penalty Payment @ Rs.5 per sq ft per month with immediate effect + past due arrears till possession. 2) Interest Payment on the money deposited @ 10% per annum minimum till possession (I am losing this interest on my hard earned money). I was optimistic that being a responsible builder, they will keep the terms of agreement and start paying me a monthly penalty along with arrears which are due and deserving + the interest loss to me. However they have not taken any action. I am suffering losses of interest and penalty payment and all my hard earned money is blocked lying with supertech with 0 interest.
