on 17/10/2013 i contacted the telebuy via phone for an adjustable table .as a relief for backache yoga instructor suggested to sit on sukhasana on the floor while using laptop at field work.one mr ajay (language malayalam)a telemarketing executive of telebuy clarified my doubt about this product as usable for writing purposes while sitting on the ground.he also told this product as adjustable from heights varying from two inches to three feets so any height can be set.the product was delivered to me by angel enterprises.tc-40/1323(2),manakkad p.o,opp kinglet school pin 695009 on 19/10/2013 upon payment of 2250 rupees with invoice L62013/518.the product when assembled was found to be useless for writing or other purposes while sitting on the floor,because its lowest adjustable position height will come up to shoulder level.upon repeated communications with several sales executives revealed that ajay is new recruit.but ajay still still stand on his statement that it can be used for writing purposes sitting on the floor

sales should not be done by cheating or misleading the customers.so let the company take back their product paying me rupees five thousand as compensation
