Our vehicle no. UK04CA0054 insured with your company and on 16-7-2009 our vehicle got an accident at Bhojpur (Moradabad) and a casualty was occurred. The aggrieved party went for MACT claim in Moradabad court against us and your company. Your company shows that the driver doesn’t have the valid licence and the total amount will be paid by the vehicle owner, which was totally wrong. We give our vehicle to only authorized driver who is valid to drive heavy vehicles and also our vehicle document was completed and its not our responsibility to pay the claim amount to the aggrieved party its your duty to pay the claim amount to the aggrieved party. The court awarded the claim amount of Rs 3, 71,000/- + interest (since June 2009) against us which must be paid by you to the aggrieved party not by us. So, kindly paid the claim amount to the aggrieved party we will be very grateful to you.
