Puma – slippers strap broken faulty product

i have purchased puma slippers two months back worth rs 1400,after using very few daysits straps tor out,regarding that i have give a call to jabong customer care,they told me that drop an email, i did a mail it took 10 days to get me final voice to him that,its a normal ntr so we can not return or exchange it,inspite of that we will give you rs 200 voucher as a good will gesture,

give them a lesson you can not make fool consumer, we are spenditg a hefty money on your product, also i want exchange for it
