Dear Madam/Sir, I”d booked a ticket in the name of ABHISHEK SINHA online from ISBT Delhi to Jalandhar scheduled at 11:30 PM on 14.05.2013. The ticket containing detail is attached for reference [PNR: 10133291, m-Ticket # 2977]. But no bus came at scheduled time. On enquiry it was told that the bus supposed to depart from Delhi to Jalandhar will not come. For all online cases, the ticket will get cancelled automatically and money will get back refunded. But after a week when I didn”t got any refund; I started following up the same with PUNBUS ONLINE to refund the amount of Rs. 721/- into my account. Every time they used to tell it is under process. Same answer I got from Chandigarh, Bangalore branches. Now more than 8 months passed no refund has been given. I request you to please look into the matter and do the needful.
