I have complained about Punjab electricity board there is no other option so I have to fill Delhi board Due too heavy load on transformer installed in our area it regularly out of order . Power corporation do not install transformer that can bear load. 2 mohallas are operating under same transformer . So there is heavy load on transformer. If electricity bill is exempted for SC/ST then why should we have punished for that . If we file complaints at department they ask for collect money from area and give it to them then they fill oil in transformer. From consecutive two years we have given them money. Why should we have to pay surcharge if this type of expense are again collected from us There is no electricity from 2 days

Immediate action . Replace new transformer of heavy load for area and a separate transformer for adjacent area. so that this can be controlled.
