Manager, Punjab National Bank, Circle Office, Kanpur re: deceased claim settlement. Sri Chanana is refusing to provide information to the legal heirs of the deceased about various deposits on the ground that this is covered under “Commercial Confidence” and is a “Third Party” information. The legal heirs of the deceased cannot therefore proceed for settlement of claims. Both the Chief Manager of Punjab National Bank Gandhi Nagar Branch Kanpur and Sri Chanana who is the circle head of PNB Kanpur are not giving replies to the letters of the legal heir of the deceased and his authorized representative since July 2012.
