PUNJAB NATIONAL BANK – i-net banking problem no customer care support

I AM HAVING A NRE ACCOUNT WITH PUNJAB NATIONAL BANK TRICHY MAIN BRANCH. SIX MONTHS BACK THE ACCOUNT WAS OPENED, I OPTED FOR THE INTERNET BANKING AT THE TIME OF OPENING AFTER FIVE MONTHS IT STARTED OPERATING. BUT I AM NOT ABLE TO TRANSFER THE MONEY OR ABLE TO DO ANY TRANSACTION IN THIS ACCOUNT. I SPOKE TO CONCERNED BRANCH MANAGER, CUSTOMER CARE IN DELHI AND WRITTEN SO MANY MAILS TO ALL THE CONCERNED BUT NO REPLY OR USE LESS ANSWERS. I ASKED THE BRANCH TO CLOSE MY ACCOUNT AND TRANSFER TO MY SOME OTHER BANK ACCOUNT THEY ARE READY TO DO THAT ALSO. PLEASE TAKE NECESSARY ACTION. MY BRANCH CODE : 0457 MY NAME : SANTHAKUMAR LOURDUSAMY
