Punjab National Bank – Wrong Debit on Card

I hold a savings bank a/c with Punjab National Bank, Princep Street Branch,Kolkata. On updating my Pass Book in October 2013 I noticed that on 02/10/2012 there were 2 ATM debits in my A/C of Rs 3000/ each done almost simultaneously at 12.46.20 and 12.46.27,which I presume was a mistake at their end. There was a same debit done twice on 12/11/2012 against my ATM withdrawl of Rs 3000/ but it was rectified from their end on the same day by them. Consequently I lodged a complaint with PNB debit card cell on 21/10/2013 ( Docket No. 60516687 ). On not hearing from them I called their customer care no.where I was told to contact them after a month as it was an old entry. On calling after a month I was told that the matter has been closed being an old entry.

When I asked how can it be closed without informing me and that I would refer it to their higher authorities he asked me to talk with his senior who told me that the matter is being looked into. On not hearing from them I sent a reminder via mail which they have acknowledged but till date the matter has neither been resolved nor they have given me a reply. Seeing their disinterest in resolving the matter I am writing to you hoping to get it resolved.
