My parents had purchased a toy -aeroplane from G New Moon Baby Shoppee located at 1525/2, Trichy Road, Coimbatore-18 on 26/05/2009 vide bill no 493 for Rs.195/-.
The toy did not work and the same day within an hours time it was taken back to the shop by my wife for replacement.
In fact when the shop keeper sold the toy it was wrongly communicated as battery operated which is not the case.
My wife offered to buy an additional product also from the shop. The shop keeper said that the toy will be repaired by their service counter only and that no replacement would be allowed.
The shop keeper took the toy inside and returned it back to my wife telling her that the same has been serviced.
Till date the toy is not working and lying idle.
