I purchase Pure it Marvella RO purifier on 5/feb/2013. it gives complaint each and every month. every time uncompensated company provided technicians rectify it on temporary basis. Pure it costumer service is very bad.

i purchased this instrument for 12999 INR. changed internal components for 5200 INR, and paid 1250 INR for service charges towards repair. it becoming faulty every month.

i need to replace the system with new one with free of cost or return my money back.
