I bought a HUL 14 Ltr Pureit Classic Gravity Water Purifier – Blue from Snapdeal and the product is not working.The first day of its arrival, we poured water into it and the next morning when we woke up, our kitchen was looking like a mini dam.The purifier was leaking.This is the start of a NIGHTMARE

I called the local service center LS Traders LSP Banaswadi Bangalore but the service customer care was very rude, mocking us saying that as if he didn’t have any other work to come for the service. In spite of all these, we tried our best to get it fix and called the local service customer care who was assigned to do this job and he either disconnect the call or will not pick up the call. This has been a nightmare for us and we have called the helpline multiple time for refund but they simple refuse to give a refund. The product is simply sitting inside the box at home and every time we look at it, it triggers angers and frustration. I want a compensation and my money back.
