Pureit Water Purifier touch panel is not working and leaks the water from Water purifier. Calls are registered multiple times to call center however no one ever turns up. support is pathetic as no return calls and no service since a month from complaint. Always confirms that will come tomorrow and no one ever comes.

Due to unhygienic water My son fell sick and had issues. I wonder if the purifier is at all working as it should be. The service is taken for 2 years in the month of June by paying Rs. 6500/- and this is the 1st complaint which is yet to be resolved.

Service to be prompt and compensation for the issues we faced. either return the money of the service contract paid with interest.
