I had booked apartment purva sunflower a 203 (magadi road, bengaluru) on the 30th of September 2014, under the 20-80 payment scheme. under this scheme,one has to make 20% of apartment amount initially and the rest 80% during possession. this scheme is approved to an individual after checking their financial strength by the approved banks. in my case, the booking amount of rs.300000/- was collected before checking the eligibility for 20-80 payment scheme, with the promise that i would be fully refunded if i’m not eligible for the scheme, by neha maheshwari. later i was told that i wasn’t eligible for the scheme and asked if i would like to go for the regular payment scheme.but even for the regular scheme, i wasn’t eligible for such big amount loan. (rs 1.5cr).so i promptly asked for a refund within 10 days from giving the booking amount cheque. since then,for the last 7 months i’ve been trying to get the refund but they are only promising that it would happen but it hasn’t. so i request you to help me in this matter.
i would like to get full refund as promised to me while booking the apartment. along with that, i want interest charges for the last 7 months along with compensation for the mental stress i went through.
