I had given a cheque towards a pre-launch offer for Purva Westend property for an amount of 3 lakhs. I was told that they will take my consent before alloting a flat and then submit the cheque to bank. So, after 2 months, they called me and I told them that I do not want any Purva flat at Westend property. Even after that, they sent the check for clearance and 3 lakhs was debited from my account on 28/12/13. I immediately told the sales person (Mahendra Pallava) to see that I get a refund. It has been 3 weeks since then and I still get an answer from them that I need to wait for the process to complete. They do not respond to my emails to CRM@puravankara.com. This is personally very stressful. Even after so many follow ups, they don’t seem to realize that I am not borrowing anything from them but asking for my own money to be returned to me. I spoke to Mahendra Pallava and Praveen from Sales team. They don’t have an answer on when I can get the refund. I spoke to several people over phone in the CRM team. They don’t know anything about this either.
First of all, I want my 3 lakhs back immediately. I want the consumer court to take appropriate action on Purvanakara builders. I want to be compensated for their lack of response and the stress I am going through.
