No service/complaint register was provided by the staff. PVR cinema hall was ill-maintained, stinking, dusty and allergic. 3.The staff-The Manager, ticket providers and the guards were all were irresponsible towards their services 4.Maltreatment and reluctance towards customer (Date: 4/4/2015 Show Timings: 1:40pm Hall-3 The tickets for the same have been misplaced).
The Mall lacks proper toilets specially for ladies. They were dirty and unmanaged. The Cinema halls were not been properly taken care of. There was smell of gutkas, dust and allergy in the room. The guard present in the room was unable to control the misbehaviour of the audience (who were primarily boys) which created an uncomfortable atmosphere for families and girls. The staff was able to send from one person to another, from one place in mall to another yet their was no clarity as to whom to talk about these issues. When asked for complained register the Manager said- do whatever you want, go wherever you want to go, nothing will change. We dont have any complain register/service register. There was no consideration given to the party as the customer. Seeing the tag of PVS Mall and PVS Cinema the quality of the service did not match well with the rate paid for the same
