had booked online for 3 tickets for a movie called GRAVITY at 4.15pm show on 26th October..they had taken the money from my account but the booking was failure.. I spoke to the customer care of PVR CINEMAS and that they arrange for a refund in 7-8 days, and that i could ask the duty manager for an unpaid booking for the same show i booked with the same seats and they asked me contact the duty manager.. the duty manager did promise me that he would ensure the same seats would be available as I had booked before.. I did go to the theatre, they issued 3 tickets but not the same seats which I had asked for.. just before the movie got started I noticed that the tickets were issued for sunday(27th october) show and someone were already sitting in our seats.. I complained it to the officials there.. they took the issued tickets with them saying that they need to verify.. they were not apologetic for their mistakes, they never revealed the duty managers name eventhough I insisted.. the duty manager never came to us to talk about the issue but other employees working there were trying to convince us to watch another movie..even the floor supervisor was rude and tried to justify their mistake..I never watched a movie there…I need a heavy compensation for this inconvenience caused to me by PVR CINEMAS..
I need 10 lakhs as compensation for causing me this inconvenience and also because of the rude statement of the floor supervisor there.. the manager never came to see what was happening about this issue though I requested the employees there to ask him to come.
