I run firm named as Arsal Software Solution (www.arsalsoftware.com) in Dehradun, Uttrakhand. I want to register this name in trademark directory so that nobody will further use my label to sell their product, for this i met locally with 2-3 lawyers but they does not know about the registration process of firm name in trademark office. Then I search on net how to register firm name, and i come to know about Qsek Intellectual Services(www.qsekinternational.com) located in Delhi. I dial the contact available on their website and Mr. Vikas Singh told me about registration process, he told me to urgently deposit Rs 5000/-(Five Thousand) after some negotiation in their account and promise me to register my name in trademark office ,for this I have sended some details also regarding my firm. He told me that with in 4-5 working days your firm name will be available on (http://ipindiaservices.gov.in/tmrpublicsearch). I deposited on 29/Apr/2013 in their hdfc account no. 15612000001794 of Delhi. From May 2013 to till now they are not even accepting my phone calls, i have demanded many times the slip of any amount that they deposited for my trademark registration but they fail to do this, this is totally fraud which is happens to me. once they have sended me a application no. 107270 and told me that this is the legal no. given by trademark office but i have search this no. in http://ipindiaservices.gov.in/eregister/eregister.aspx (which is goverment site which tells about the status of application no.) but this no. is not valid. Now i have called them may be more than 400 times from May 2013 but he never recieves my call. Now I realize that my money is totally lost and this company have done fraud with me.

As I am not able to register this name ,It may happen that this name may be registered by some other PERSON and I am not able to sell my product with this name which is totally invented by me only. Daily I check govt. website (http://ipindiaservices.gov.in/tmrpublicsearch) expecting it may be available but no, daily i call Mr. Vikas expecting may be one day he will response but no, this all totally wasting my time money and my give a big dissatisfaction, i totally feel demoralized when nobody is their to help me regarding this issue. i am really mentally upset regarding the behaviour of these type of companies, i am not even able to concentrate on my work, i am a beginner and i cannot afford a loss of this much amount.
