I bought a server from Quick2Host.com on 16/11/2013 from 02/03/2014 my server was crashed. they dont notify me. when I complained they respond after 3-4days. now they give me a new ip but there is no database of my previous website. Again I complained for this they said me they will upload on 11/03/2014 . Today is 12/03/2014 they do nothing. My website is a running website and its off for about 10 days. I have to suffers lots for this.
my request is that arrange some steps by which this company have to organize a better customer care service. Now i just in google i searched about review of quick2host.com every one in review complain about the worst customer service.
