Race car helpline i took the 1 year on road assistance for the car breakdown in nov, 2013 which is valid till oct,1014; this include on road car service 24 x 7 in delhi/ncr within a time frame of 30-40 minutes. today my car broke down but they are not responding to my continous requests for the assistance and not even giving any satisfactory reason for not being able to provide the service as promised. please look into the matter as soon as possible

compensation of the time which got wasted and refund of the amount which i gave as membership fee.
