we have buyed an ac from rai electronics last month on 26th july.on first day we find something unusual.but the man who visited us ignore our problem and tell us that it is not a problem.we have fitted the ac in the guest room.so after 20-25 days we again used ac and we found it not working.we filed a complaint to a toll free number(blue star).the guys who visited us after check tell us that the pcb and motor is not working.they insested us to change the defected parts.but we want to change whole ac.we filed a complain again and again but they said they wont change our ac.they said you can do anything but we wont change your ac.
