We have obtained this broadband connection, from www.railwire.co.in, we are facing the issue related to intermittent sync, and off late its turned into a hours of disconnection, we have repeatedly complained about this issue with the service provider, in return they have not bothered to reply or rectify this issue.

we had to send a important email to one of my doctor for an appointment, and i failed to send him due to this issue.

i want my connection to be up and running fine, tired of complaining about this issue with the customer support of Railwire.co.in
