Hi Team, My RailTel / RailWire user id:Prakash.g1 from tamilnadu on 31st march i recharged account but still now internet is not working and getting error as 651 and i informed to technician also but none of them visited for past 5 days.

I am really dissatisfied by your service even you are a big Isp broadband service is not upto the mark…i need problem to be solved soon and waiver (extra days tht i faced internet not working days) if not happend i want to think to continue your service.
